01What does open beta actually mean?
Anyone can create an account freely, no waitlist, no manual approval. In exchange, the product is still moving: we adjust fast based on what early users flag.
02Will the product change while I'm using it?
Yes, regularly. We try never to break what you've already built, your decisions and history stay stable. It's mostly the interface and features around them that shift.
03How do I send feedback?
The Feedback button at the bottom of every page, once you're signed in. Bug, idea, or just something that's not working: it goes straight to the team, not an automated queue.
04What happens to my feedback once I send it?
It's read personally. Most useful feedback turns into a fix or adjustment within days, not a quarter.
05Is it free during beta?
The free plan stays available, no credit card required.
06How long does the beta last?
No date is set in advance. WIJSMIND leaves beta once the product is stable enough for that, not before.
07Is my data safe?
Yes. It stays encrypted and tied to your account, beta or not. Nothing gets deleted when the beta ends.
