Privacy Policy

WIJSMIND is a decision intelligence platform. For any privacy-related question, contact us at privacy@wijsmind.com.

When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. When you use the platform we store the decisions you create, your analysis inputs, and usage data. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email and preferred language. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

• Account: email address, name (optional).
• Decisions: inputs, assumptions, risks, outcomes you enter.
• Usage: pages visited, features used, session data.

We use your data to provide and improve the service, send transactional emails, send our newsletter if you subscribed, process payments, and detect and prevent abuse.

• Deliver AI-powered stress-test, audit, and simulation services.
• Improve product quality on an aggregated and anonymised basis.

We process your data under the following legal bases:

• Contract: account creation and core service delivery.
• Legitimate interest: product analytics and security monitoring.
• Consent: newsletter subscription (withdrawable at any time).

We share data only with the processors necessary to operate the service. Each processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement: hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication, AI-assisted analysis of your decisions, and payment processing. International transfers to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session (Supabase auth tokens). Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not track you across websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and decisions are permanently deleted within 48 hours. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your data. Exercise these rights by emailing privacy@wijsmind.com or using the account settings in your dashboard. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
